The Sutton Business Awards are returning this year, with an impressive 550 nominations received from businesses and organisations across the borough.
The highly anticipated event will take place on Thursday 12 November, celebrating the achievements and successes of Sutton’s local business community.
Sutton Council and its partners - the Sutton and Kimpton Industrial Park Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) - are delighted to reveal the finalists (below). The Sutton Business Awards 2026 are a great chance to celebrate all the amazing businesses in our local area: from small independent high street shops to larger companies that help our borough thrive.
The awards highlight years of business success in Sutton. They also support Sutton Council’s plan to grow the local economy by attracting new investment, helping local businesses grow, and creating jobs and opportunities for everyone who lives here.
Councillor Jake Short, Chair of Sutton’s Housing, Economy & Business Committee, said:
"We are so excited to bring these awards back to Sutton and showcase the incredible, diverse organisations that make our borough a dynamic hub for growth, following a fantastic response of 550 nominations.
“From our busy construction firms to residents' favourite restaurants and cafes, celebrating these achievements directly supports our new Economic Growth Plan and Inward Investment strategy. It proves to the wider region that Sutton is open for business, innovation, and long-term investment."
Patricia Park, Chief Executive of Sutton BID, commented on the impact for the high street:
"For our retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors, these awards are a fantastic way to build closer links with residents."
Colin Newton, Chair of the Kimpton Industrial Park Proprietors Association (KIPPA), added:
